BrowserTools provides a suite of free, client-side digital utilities, including format converters, random generators, calculators, media viewers, text manipulation tools, and web developer utilities.

All tools operate entirely inside your web browser leveraging WebAssembly, HTML5 APIs, and client-side JavaScript. No files, documents, passwords, or personal data are transmitted to or stored on our servers. You are solely responsible for saving and backing up your converted or generated files on your own device.

3. User Conduct & File Ownership

  • Ownership: You retain full intellectual property rights and ownership over all text, files, images, audio, and videos you process using our tools. Because processing occurs on-device, BrowserTools never acquires any rights, licenses, or possession of your content.
  • Lawful Use: You agree not to use the tools to generate, format, or distribute illegal, malicious, infringing, or harmful material.
  • Random Generators: Random data generated on the site (such as sample identifiers, mock strings, or placeholder usernames) are mathematically fabricated mock data intended strictly for software testing, QA verification, and development. They are not real financial accounts or identities and must not be used for fraudulent transactions.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
